How to root Kali Linux permanently?

 Hello, guys welcome to my blog.

Every kali Linux as beginner most of you faces these issues...

Today we're going to resolve these issues


Reading package lists... Done

E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (13: Permission denied)

E: Unable to lock directory /var/lib/apt/lists/

W: Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied)

W: Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/srcpkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied)




If you're facing the same issues follow my steps to solve them forever...

Step 1:

First of all, open your directory


Step 2:

Click on view on the menu bar and click on show hidden files.

Step 3: 

Double click on the .bashrc file and open it.

Step 4:
Scroll down and type sudo su and save it
Step 5:
Now open your terminal and log in as root. for login as root type: sudo su

Step 6:
Now type this command carefully and hit enter:-

dpkg-reconfigure kali-grant-root


Step 7:

Choose Enable password-less privilege escalation


Step 8:

Click Ok.

Step 9:
Now close your terminal and restart your Kali Linux.



Step 10:

After restart, open the terminal, and just type:- sudo su 



BOOOOOM! We did it.
We are on root without input password all time. Easy to go...
